At Neiteelavie, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we’ve developed a fair and transparent returns policy to ensure your satisfaction and trust.


📦 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 15 days of the purchase date.
If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.


💸 Partial Refunds May Be Issued If:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by Neiteelavie.
  • The return is made more than 30 days after delivery.

💰 Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund is approved or declined.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within a few business days.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

⏱️ Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing the order for guaranteed processing.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take time before the refund posts.
  3. Reach out to your bank – processing delays can occur.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser, who will be notified.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
